Absolutely NOTHING! It was so disgusting in there, there was graffiti all over the walls, the lights were blacked out like somebody had taken a marker tomorrow, there was blood spots not cleaned in the bathroom. I had to leave and get my money back and they gave me a very hard time about it!

I tried to contact the hotel after I booked it for that same instant as I had driven for several hours coming in from another state and they had told me that my check in was at 3:30 the following day
The room was clean bed was comfortable. No coffee machine and the office I though was very rude. The outside was very dirty. The tv didnt work no phone in room had to call the front desk from my personal phone to let them know the tv didnt work. They tried to tell what to do over the phone I kept telling them its not working. He wasnt happy he had to come up to fix the tv. He said to give him 15 minutes cause he was helping a customer we waited over 15 minutes my husband had to go down to find out what was taking so long. There were no customers he was helping he finally came up he couldnt get it to work and said sorry its not working. We told him someone needs to fix it I paid for this room and everything should work in it. So he finally said he would put on the internet so the tv should work now. I just think they dont take care of there customers good. So this is why I would never stay there again. I dont like the way we got treated.

The location perfect
The location is ideal. Unfortunately this facility is in a state of rapid decline. Late into the night people are outside in the parking area and scattered outside rooms and by the elevator. I suspect some may not even have rooms. There are no ice machines nor soda or candy machines on the property. I have stayed here at least 3 times in the last year. Each time I have felt less and less comfortable. It is unlikely I will stay here in the future. It needs better management and serious upgrading to avoid being a slum Inn. Seriously.

Absolutely the dirtiest place I've ever stayed the first room they gave us the shower exploded so they moved us to a second room which was dirty and nasty but we stayed in it anyway because we had a wedding to go to the next day and we already paid .

they were very quick to accommodate on such short notice.
Horrible customer service room smell bad
The room had 2 king beds, there was an elevator. Sheets were clean, room was clean. Big bathroom with spa tub, we didn't use though. Front desk was polite, no problems with a late night check in. Overall it was big enough for it's purpose. We just needed somewhere to sleep. Check in/out was fast and easy. Right off freeway, Starbucks and stores close by.
